How are you in Bosnian

In the Bosnian language, to say “how are you” the phrase “kako si” [како си] can be used and the statement “how much is the coffee?” would translate as “Koliko je kafa?” [Колико је кафа?]. If someone states “Kako vam je beba?” [Како вам је беба ?] then the person is saying “how is your baby?” and when someone wants to say “how is your work?” this translates as “Kako ide posao?” [Како иде посао ?] in the Bosnian language.

To say “How is your mother?” the speaker could use “Kako ti je mama?” [Како ти је мама ?] and the phrase “how were your exams?” is “Kako prođoše ispiti?” [Како прођоше испити?]. In Bosnian the phrase “noga” [нога] means “leg” and the phrase “ Češljam svoju kosu” [Чешљам своју косу] means “I comb my hair.” When someone says “Kako vam je beba?” [Како вам је беба?] it means “how is your baby?”

A person who says “how’s it going?” would be saying “kako ide” [како иде] in Bosnian. If the speaker says “how is your work?” then he or she is saying “Kako ide posao?” [Како иде посао?]. Someone saying “Kako ti je mama?” [Како ти је мама?] is saying “how is your mother?” and to say “where have you been?” one could use “Gdje si bio?” [Гдје си био?].

To say “give me the phone” in Bosnian the translation is “dajte mi telefon” [дајте ми телефон]. When a person wants to say “can you repeat please?” the person could say “Možeš li ponoviti molim te? [Можеш ли поновити молим те?] and to say “they will not go” the speaker might say ”Oni neće ići” [Они неће ићи]. In the Bosnian language “Ja nisam visok” [Ја нисам висок] means “I am not tall” and the phrase “Nisam doručkovao” [Нисам доручковао] means “I did not eat breakfast.”

If a person wants to say “she drives to work” the person could say “Ona vozi na posao” [Онa вози на посао] and to say “I like to eat cheese” one might state “Volim jesti sir” [Волим јести сир]. When someone says “I will bring lunch” he or she could state “Donijet ću ručak” [Донијети ћу ручак] and when the person says “Ona je zna” [Она је зна] it means “shе knows hеr.”

When saying “fruits are good” the translation of this is “Voće je dobro” [Воће је добро] and if one wants to say “she does not have time” then one would say “Ona nema vremena” [Oна нема времена]. In Bosnian, “svet” [свет] means “world” and

“Da” [Да] means “yes.” When the person wishes to say “milk” then he or she could state “mlijeko [млијеко].
